Took a look at the Sea front - got there too late - the tide was coming over the sandbar & the inside was a wind vs tide battle like you've never seen. Saw Simon (Ex Aber) as he was coming in & said he'd ridden some massive waves on the outside.

I suitably bottled it & went out on the duck pond on my 5.2 - it was OK for a time but got really gusty.

Hope the wind picks up today for a trip to Daymer...
